At AWWRA, we want both you and your pet to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — quickly and hassle-free.


Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • Parts are missing or defective

To start a return or refund, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue so we can resolve it efficiently.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Shipping address was entered incorrectly

  • Package shows as delivered by the carrier

  • Customer simply changes their mind


Returns

Due to shipping costs, returns are generally not required. In most approved cases, we will issue a replacement or refund without requiring the product to be sent back.
