Order Processing
All orders are processed the same day they are placed. Once processed, your order will be prepared and shipped from our fulfillment partners.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Shipping times may occasionally vary due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AWWRA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after placing your order so we can attempt to update it before shipment.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays with shipping carriers or customs may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
